Design Architect for Boutique Offices & Retail Mall of Phase 1, Parcel C up to Tender Stage. Contract value of RM1.02 bil. A massive mixed-use development on the famous Kg Abdullah Hukum grounds. Signed-off design maintained by the client; even after leaving employment from the architecture firm, up to the completion of the project. 2011 was considered the early years of many projects of this kind.
