Design Architect up to Tender Stage. Contract value of RM60 mil. A commercial development realized due to the relocation of Pasar Baru Bukit Bintang. The original size is supposedly for TRX development. A challenging project which underwent several public engagements with the users of the existing market to produce an outcome that closely meets their needs & requirements.
